Jordan, as the middle child, has always been quick to place herself as older than Ray, even though the girls are only a year apart. But besides their ongoing sibling rivalry, they grew up in a good family in suburban Nevada. Their dad was often overseas which left the girls the run of the house--so long as they had their homework done. Jordan liked Hadley, looked up to her. Her older sister wasn't much older, 3 years, but enough that she always wanted to grow up quickly and do whatever Hadley was doing.[/blockquote]
Hadley went off to college though, and a few years later, Jordan did too. She managed to get into UCLA for soccer (her sport of choice growing up) and graduated with a degree in Business and a minor in athletic training. Since being back at home, she's worked as an assistant to a real estate agent, that is until she got a call from Hadley telling her not to worry but not to come looking.
Hadley had been slowly falling off the grid for years. She had stopped coming home for holidays and was living with some boyfriend. It had been a while since the last call and when she called back, there was no response. So taking note of the number, she found the area code was in Colorado.
Jordan gave her notice at her job and was determined to go find her big sister. Unfortunately, her little sister Ray decided that she wanted to be in on the hunt. The car ride has consisted of both girls pushing each other's buttons, but they are determined to find Hadley, even if it means working together.
